fa جایگاه (نقش) اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان در آموزش مجازی مکاتب تخصصي Special ترجمه شده Translated <div style="text-align: justify;">افزایش کیفیت آموزش مجازی یکی از اساسی‌ترین دغدغه‌ی سیستم آموزشی در اکثر کشورهای جهان است. از آنجایی‌که آموزش مجازی در مراکز آموزشی از جایگاه ویژه‌ای برخوردار است، برای رشد و ارتقای آن باید اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان مورد توجه قرار گیرد. با درنظرداشت اهمیت این موضوع، هدف این تحقیق، بررسی جایگاه اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان در آموزش مجازی مکاتب است.<br> روش تحقیق به‌کار رفته در این تحقیق کتابخانه‌ای (مروری) بوده و برای دستیابی به هدف تحقیق، علاوه بر کتاب‌های آموزش‌های الکترونیکی و مجازی در این زمینه، مقالات مرتبط با کلیدواژه‌های تحقیق طی سال‌های 2004 تا 2022 از پایگاه‌های معتبر سیویلیکا (Civilica)، مگ‌ایران (Magiran)، سید(Sid)، &nbsp;ریسرچ‌گیت (ResearchGate) و ساینس‌دایرکت (Science Direct) نیز مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است.<br> نتایج نشان‌داد که بهبود آموزش مجازی در مکاتب، علاوه بر زیرساخت‌های فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، توانایی معلمان و دانش‌آموزان در استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین و تعامل معلمان و دانش‌آموزان، مستلزم اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان و رعایت اخلاق تدریس نیز می‌باشد. بنابراین، یکی از عواملی که می‌تواند در آموزش مجازی مکاتب تأثیرگذار باشد، اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان است. بر این اساس مباحث اخلاقی تدریس و مفاهیم آن باید جزء موضوعات و عناوین آموزشی دانشجویان در دانشگاه‌های علوم ترتبیی و آموزش‌های داخل‌خدمت معلمان در نظر گرفته شود. فناوری‌های نوین در آموزش و پرورش در زمان استفاده باید مورد توجه و تأکید جدی قرار گیرد و تلاش شود تا اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس مجازی در بین معلمان نهادینه شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Increasing the quality of virtual education is one of the main concerns of the education system in most countries of the world. In educational centers, virtual education has a special place, and to improve it, the professional ethics of teachers should be taken into consideration. Considering this importance, the aim of the present study was to investigate the position of professional ethics of teachers in virtual education of schools.<br> Materials and Methods: The research was a review method, in order to achieve the goal of the research, in addition to electronic education books and virtual education in this field, articles related to the research keywords from 2004 to 2022 from the databases of Civilica, &nbsp;Magiran, Sid, Researchgate, Science direct, was reviewed.<br> Conclusion: The results showed that the improvement of virtual education in schools, in addition to the need for information and communication technology infrastructure, the ability of teachers and students to use new technologies and the interaction between teachers and students, requires the professional ethics of teachers and the observance of ethics, is teaching therefore, one of the factors that can affect the virtual education of schools is the professional ethics of teachers. Based on this, the ethical topics of teaching and its concepts should be included in the educational courses of students of cultural universities and in &ndash; service training for teachers.
